Default Replace interior lights dimmer switch

Anybody know how to remove this dash panel in order to access/replace the interior lights dimmer switch and headlight switch. The panel, on dash left o

f steering wheel, seems to be a molded piece with the dash, so not too clear how to remove it. Thanks

Thanks, but the trim piece in the video is different than the one I have. I wish it was as easy as that. Mine is molded with the edge of the dash, so not sure how to get it out.

There is a small opening in the top right corner of that little dimmer switch panel. Since your dash appears to be molded one piece, I have a feeling both the dimmer and headlight switch just pop out of the dash toward the seat using trim removal tools. Grab something thin like maybe a butter knife and try to pop them out. Put masking tape on it so as to minimize scratching the plastic.

That's right I remember seeing a post about some model trims have molded dashes like that. I'm not with my truck right now but isn't there a removable panel on the side of the dash where the door rests? Or try going from underneath?

My 2011 looks like waregl94. It has a side plate that simply pulls out. Stuck my phone in for photos. Looks like dimmer switch has wire connector & four tabs to release. Light switch has a connector but I can’t tell how to release it.

Looks like time to open all the doors and turn a leaf blower loose on all that dust!

Thanks, that was the key. There is a vent panel on the side which just pops off and then I could reach in there to pop out the dimmer switch and face plate. Easy!

Yup that's the one I was thinking about! Glad you got it worked out. Thanks @Barry_Vee for the photos.
