A razor blade will work good & not harm the glass one bit as long as you scrape with it almost totally flat and with WD40 to lubricate it. Just don't SAW with it & it should be fine.

So heading to store now. Should I get goo gone or wd40? What works better and easier?

Personally have used both and by far Goo-Gone works better as far as removing adhesives. Definitely make sure to put a towel down as it is kind of oily in texture and will take some time getting off your dash. After you have removed the adhesive just make sure and clean up with your favorite window cleaner to remove the greasy feeling left behing by the Goo-Gone.
