Default Removing label

So I got some new fx4 stickers for my 2011 fx4. Just wondering
Your opinion on what is the best way to remove the sticker? Heat gun? Just pealing? Thanks

I think that I've read that a combination of both will do it.

A hot truck will help the glue soften up and make it easier to remove.

You can peel them off. I used goo gone to get rid of the residue

I wouldn't take my word for it, but I used some adhesive remover with baby oil on my Dodge emblems (with a very light razor blade). I know that's not the best way so I don't know why I even posted at this point...

Good luck!

They peel off just fine without any heat.

Kind of on topic, what about dealer stickers. I honestly hate when dealers throw stickers on the vehicle. Unless I'm being paid to carry their name around town, I don't want it on the truck. Especially when the dealer put it on quick and crooked. Anywho, that aside. any one know a good way to remove it, maybe goo gone and razor blade? Im a little afraid to scratch the paint with a blade. Maybe just goo gone? or maybe this heat gun idea. Could always hook a hair dryer to the 150v switch in the back.

I remove all my dealer propaganda. I like you can't stand that they feel the need to make my vehicle a moving billboard. I just peeled mine off/goo gone but they were just stickers. If it is a plastic plate with the 3M foamy tape on the you can use a piece of fishing line to run between the plate and tape, goo gone and you are done.

That's a great idea, fishing line. I'll definitely give that a shot. Thanks!

No problem.. I know a lot of members used it to remove the ecoboost badge, HD and Limited lettering, etc. Good luck!
