Ya, I can't seem to program my remote start to bring in my coffee cup when she starts my truck in the morning, anyone had any luck with that?

How about a "leave running" (?) mode.
All of the other remote starters I've ever had, you've been able to drive the vehicle, park it (lets say at a convenience store), hit the remote start button, and the remote start will re-activate so you can take the key out of the ignition to take it with you, lock the car, and leave it still running to stay warm for the 2 minutes while you're grabbing milk or $$ in the atm, or whatever.
This one just shuts the truck off. Anyone know what I'm talking about here?

According to the book that came with mine it will do this. Haven't tried it yet but I will and post results later.

Press the blue key button on the remote then turn the key and remove. Exit the truck and lock the doors. Works great. Do not step on the brake pedal or the truck will shut off.

Unfortunately I just realized that the dealer installed an aftermarket starter. It's a Pursuit PRO9051. I'm having trouble finding any decent info online about it. And the little 1 page pamphlet I have in the truck doesn't say anything about a "leave running" type of mode. I've tried a few things but none seem to work. The truck just shuts off when I turn the key back.

I love my factory installed starter but it's strange how the truck shuts down when I open the door. Dealer can correct that correct?

Yes, that's what my original post in this thread was explaining. They have to disable the MyKey system.
