I have the directions on how to program it, I just need to get into the footwell with a flashlight and find that button.

My LED was difficult to see so I used a mirror on the floor so could see it while sitting in the driver's seat.

I'd like the directions so I can disable the horn function. Thanks in advance.

My dealer told me the horn feature could not be disabled. Can it be turned off?

Hopefully I'll be happy with the one they'll get installed on my truck. I just wish they had told me about all the options right away instead of telling me factory remote starters weren't available anymore (even if it was just a one button option).
you may need to know that no other dealer will waranty the remote start.

you can turn off the start beep, run time to 15 min or 10 min ,and press and hold to start or double press to start and on newer models turn off my key.dont change any other settings or it may not remote start.

Can the mykey be turned off without taking it to the dealer ?
I would like to do it myself. The dealer did not sound like they knew what they were talking about when i asked them about turning it off.

The manual that came with my Ford 1-button starter is useless. I'd like to disable the horn and change the run time. Where could I find a copy of the instructions? Thanks.
