Default Recon Tail Lights install help

I purchased some Recon Tail Lights from a forum member today. I am wondering what do I need to do to install. He mentioned something about needing to put in Resistors. Everything that I have found says the resistors are already installed in the lights. is this correct? If not, does anyone know exactly what I need to do and what do I need to complete the install? I will get them in next week and just want to have a game plan together. Thanks in advance. And I did use the "search" tab before the "Forum Search Police" get to flaming. It seems that I can not ever find exactly what I am searching for so help would be greatly appreciated.

i have recon tails and after i installed them my signals hyper flashed. i contacted recon and they said the tail lights do have the resistors built into them but some f150's need more resistors. i installed two more into each light and they worked for the most part but i do still have random hyper flashing. i think im just going to live it (unless maybe i just need more resistors?).out of all the mods iv done to my truck the lights have been the biggest headache! other than the resistors the lights are just plug and play.

I thought the Recon lights were plug and play. I know the headlights are.

Edit: And I see I'm wrong.
