Default Raptor console in STX?

Well, I've got a '10 STX, and I hate the jump seat as I can tell many other STX owners do. I've been looking into putting a raptor console in it, not sure why... I guess I just like the flow through look. And yes I've already read the "don't do it thread" but luckily I'll have a couple months of free time to perfect this. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else has tried this with the SVT Raptor console? And if so, any helpful hints or advice for fillers that I might need?

I've also got an STX and thought about this as the Raptor consoles seem to come up on Ebay for a decent price, however I think you'll also need to swap out a lot of dash components to make it look right.

I'm going to swap in an XLT console like most do. I found one for a decent price and I'm hoping to pick it up next week.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. If you do it, please post pictures.

I'd go for it. I was thinking of throwing a Raptor/FX4 console in my STX, but I came across a smokin deal on an XLT console and went that route.

You could always get the console that comes in the STX/XLT, its a very simple swap (just bolt down)compared to the flow through console that will require a lot more cost!
