Default Quick easy way to fix this?

So I removed the 4x4 stickers off the bed of my truck. I have tried clay baring, scrubbing etc and can't get this cleaned up! Anyone have a way to fix this?

I have yes, you can see the bottom right corner looks like the clear coat might be peeling off

Well, crap. Hopefully someone with more detailing/paint experience can chime in.

Perhaps it is, maybe not. Don't appear that way to me in the pic. Get an adhesive remover (even a little gasoline on a rag works great) than clean remover off, clay bar, wash and wax.

Would gasoline strip the clear coat? Thought about wet sanding and buffing that area, but don't wanna screw it up lol

No otherswise we would have paint problems around the gas tank filler area door, based on overflow.

No gas won't strip it. I was talking more for adhesive removal. If what you truly have is clear coat related, that someone much more experianced than me with paint should chime it.

If I was in your position with clear coat issues there, I would light sand, add some "touch up" clear coat than cover with large aftermarket 4x4 or Fx4 decals.

I had to learn the lighter fluid or gasoline are the best adhesive removers ever trick in my line of work.
We use this exact spray glue as part of our plastic containment building. It sprays as a spider webbing string. They love to explode in the summer heat

Just remember to rinse paint off after removing adhesives.
