Yes you can feel the edge where the sticker was, no it wasn't really sticky once removed

Default edge

Is the edge higher where the sticker was, or is it higher where the paint is? That will tell you if the adhesive from the sticker is still on your truck, or you took clear coat off with the sticker. If the adhesive is still on the truck then you should be able to make it soft with a hair dryer then give it a good spray of WD40, and wipe it off.

Mostly where the sticker was, as you can see in the pic with the tail light, it looks like clear coat...I'm just wondering if it's both the clear peeling and adhesive too. The other side came out perfect so I guess I don't know

Default clear coat

It kinda looks like wax build up, do you wax your truck often? Usually when the clear is coming off you can chip it off with your fingernail around the edges.

This is a 2010 I bought last year. Only thing I have done was use a clay bar about a month ago. It has some rust issues I wanna take care of too so I haven't done to much but keep it clean

That's what I'm trying to figure out. If its clear coat missing I'm wondering what it would cost to fix it

Can you catch your fingernail on that edge? Have you tried sanding/polishing it yet? I agree from the pics it looks cleared over. Because, as Kidastra said, the bottom right area. It's sad what some shops or even customers will do to save $35.

Yeah I've tried polishing, clay bar, gasoline, heat gun etc. so basically the truck needs to be sanded down and reclear coated on that side?
