The waiting will suck but at least you get exactly what you want.
You probably had trouble finding one with max tow because Ford changed the FX4 so it comes standard with 3.55 gears instead of 3.73. Most dealers just take whatever gearing Ford puts on the truck when they make it. Plus some dealers don't know much about the vehicles they sell or what their customers might want so they don't pay attention to the way it's built. A dealer here had 3.31s on every truck on the lot except the one FX4 they had

Congrats on new truck. I don't have the max tow package and mirrors. The tow mirrors are the best but the look to me didn't fit. After seeing a friends Lariat f150 screwcab with 4inch lift 35 inch tires and the after market roof lights and tow mirrors it all came together!!! Good luck.
