$40k is too much for a 2013. You can get a 2014 for that.
I would suggest getting one without the 20" wheels and buying them or aftermarket wheels after the purchase.

sweet truck, I like my appearance package and ecoboost. but I got mine in December for $41k OTD (TTL included). i'd offer $37-38k OTD and see what they say? tell them you found a 2014 somewhere else cheaper.

 

For a 13, definitely too much money. It is a two year old truck technically
