Default 2013 headliner sag...

.........so my immaculate 2013 crewcab's headliner is sagging at the top of my window directly in front of the driver AND passenger. I can reach up and put at least 4 fingers in the gap that has developed. Its where the headliner touches the window (between the sunvisor and the window, its sagging).

i dropped it off at the dealer, and they just took it to *their guy* who does headliners, and they said they cant fix it. The dealer tried to tell me it came like that from the factory. I said, 'NO, SORRY, IT DIDNT!'

Now im waiting for ford to call me back AGAIN to see what they tell me.

I'll bet 99% of owners don't even know its happening. It was just happenstance that i noticed it. I saw a sag, reached up, and watched my 4 fingers disappear into the headliner!

I have a 2014 STX scab and I'm noticing that the front of the headliner on both pass and driver seems to be down. But it almost looks on purpose. It looks very symmetrical. I'm not sure if this is what the OP is talking about or not.

My 2014 STX Scab had the same problem. Ford gave dealer OK to replace it. It had the problem both front and back.
