Cool. Ty. I'll take a pic or 2 myself and post and we can compare. If mine is like yours then maybe I can get your VIN and dealer that you used in case I get heat from mine or ford I can use yours as an example.

 

3 pics....the camera is against the windshield pointed toward the driver...in that one pic i have 3 fingertips INSIDE the liner

so they replaced my headliner......and now its happening again.....but this time, the driverside is more prominent....so my dealer wants me to go in and make a 'service order' so its on the books, but then he told me to call ford directly and complain to them

 

I'll look into all available options, frankthomson; what's the current mileage on your 2013 F-150?
