Sorry it took so long but here is mine mounted. My painter couldn't get the paint to match perfectly so I am wrapping it with leather to match the dash now...

 

I tried hot glue in lieu of the Velcro tabs and it lasted a week before it fell down. It seems like the cord puts pressure on the unit and pushes the pod off.

Can someone who got theirs to stick take their unit out and take pics inside to show where they put the velcro or double sided tape?

I'm at the point where I may just put screws through the aluminum tabs they provide....

 

I put my tabs where it's marked on the pod to put them and haven't had problems. Also, I have the cord situated so there isn't pressure on it.

 

I can't imagine you would ever get some sticky/tape based adherence to stay. I had an edge on my 2005 F150 and I never used the pod. I was glad to hear when they came out with the CS/CTS unit that it was including a suction mount. Problem Solved!

Good luck with it! I would like to hear your feedback on how the CTS works with the truck. I'm thinking about trying it again when my '13 with the 6.2 gets here.

 

Just got my mount and tried the tabs that came with it and couldnt get them to stay with the right area ....im going to order some more velcro and just Velcro all the edges
