I'd take pictures but my turbo is leaking and it has to go in the shop so I took it out

The last one was my last attempt at making it stick a while back..you can see the three tabs that it mounts with though.

Yeah, that looks great! I was worried that it would stick up too high and take out visability on that whole lower corner...glad to see they made it low profile.

It really stinks what yall are saying about it not sticking. The one I had on my 05 had no problems at all. If anything, y'all could try dual-lock or industrial strength velcro. When I get mine I'll let you know how it goes as far as mounting.

I've tried the regular Velcro as well as the plastic lock Velcro or whatever. The problem I have is getting it to stick to the dash, the Velcro and whatnot sticks fine to each other. I've got a couple more things I may try, but let me know if you have any luck.

I figured sticking to the dash was the problem, but I was hoping some other products would be stickier. I guess it's just the texture of the dash.

this may be an iffy idea, but what about using a hot glue gun? I may try a sample somewhere on the dash that wont be visible and see if it sticks, then if it can be removed without destroying the dash.

I just ordered a Gryphon CS with the dash pod and I'm hoping I didn't just waste the $40 for the pod unit =\

I think I'm going to stick with the suction cup for now until I hear of someone finding a way to keep it stuck on there.

Instead of using the little squares they provided, I used bigger one inch wide strips of velco. I noticed that everything stuck much better once if figured out the correct way for the wire to lay and not put any upwards pressure.

I have the evo version on my 03 and it's almost the same thing. I havn't noticed any bad things with sight and for mounting the tape was worthless so I painted some screws, then put them on the side of the door so you don't notice them too much. 4 years later and it still is there with out a problem. For the new truck I would just get a palm one to program once then put in the glove box so I don't loose it.
