Programmer with a custom tune hands down. Your truck came with a CAI so the only other thing I would do next is a cat back exhaust for that American muscle/Detroit iron sound.

Ive always gone more for appearence, not much for performance on a truck...

You want both.............get this. For a truck, its appearance over performance. After all, its a truck.

Yea good luck not bottoming that out on my 24ft bay boat or in laws camper. Nothin wrong with TOWING Performance on a truck.

Naw....... Mines fine, well so far anyway But every GM I have ever owned or driven has either rattled or squeaked or both. Love the exterior look of the vette, but GM has a long way to go in my opinion.

I went performance first. I did the same three things you mentioned ( CAI, exhaust, tune ) I'm happy because the exhaust sounds sweet and the tune adds a little power and improves shifting. The CAI just looks cool under the hood and is supposed to add a neat sound but my exhaust drowns it out. I recommend MPT for the tunes. My next phase is gonna be appearance. Anzo lights, paramount grill, fuel rims. You win either way.
