I have not seen an issue like that on vehicle as new as your truck. Most of the delamination issues were worked out years ago. I'm thinking a bad repair. Not really a big deal to have it fixed.

2012 FX4 same problem

I have a 2012 with this same paint peeling issue. Haven't taken it up with the dealer yet but plan to. anyone else have any luck getting this issue resolved?
