You missed it by 7,282 miles. It seem like you would have noticed something 7200 miles ago.

Anybody ever used the arbitration sevices offered in Canada through the Better Business Bureau?

No but I would do everything I could to go after Ford to fix this issue. Paint peeling has nothing to do with the amount of miles a vehicle has on it and this is obviously a factory defect with the paint job. Definitely go after them, they owe you a new paint job. What B.S. that they wouldn't take care of that for you, such a shame.

Absolutley correct. As I said before, I have painted vehicles for this exact reason that were out of warranty. The last ford dealer I worked at did tons of warranty work like this. I used to do ford windstar roofs there constantly, for delamination/peeling

ive got the same probs with my 09 king ranch,the paint on this vehicle is garbage!!ford gota do something about this especially for the price we pay for these higher end trucks!!

Yeah hopefully, GM basically invented delamination. They still have paint issues to this day

So what was it called in the late eighties-early nineties when ford this had prob... flaking or delamnation ????

They're the same thing. I've worked with painters that still talk about those days like it was the war or something
