Default paint experts please

I bought my 2012 f150 with 18000 miles on it its a a cpo and I now have 33000miles and I have always had this weird defect in the clear coat. I am taking it in tomorrow to get the leaky third brake light fixed should I have them fix this to?

Showed it to the service manager he was going to have them take pictures for wareentee and then if aproved fix it
