Unless I'm misinterpreting this graph, the AIT2 voltage corresponds with your 120F readout, but AIT1 temp is a little low for that same voltage. So that would make me think sensor. The small voltage spike on your wiggle test would make me think wiring/connector. I know what I would change over doing further resistance checks between connector and PCM harness, but I suffer from Parts Cannonitis...
If the cold soak requirements have not been met, any readings are likely irrelevant since the engine is still too warm.
You may need to use the 2013 PCED and schematics. The PCED, for the posted DTC, guides to pinpoint test EA, not DA. It doesn't appear that some of the linked information matches the OP's truck/engine.

so it hasn't been as hot the last few days and I haven't gotten any other codes until this morning. The wrench ICON came up this morning with no other information. I seemed like it wasn't running like normal. When I got stopped I pulled the DTCs and it showed the P0111, P012B, and a new one....P0236
So is there a common denominator with all this codes? Thinking back on the times when I have gotten the CEL it always happen upon starting so that makes sense as far as the inital checks being out and causing the CEL.
