As many of you guys know, I was stoked and looking forward to getting my 2012 F150 ecoboost Appearance package and all the other good stuff. Well, some of you may also know that my truck arrived from the factory yesterday and it had a problem when i went to go see it. No navigation. I wanted the Nav, but it came as no navi. But everything else was done the way I wanted it. So after waiting for a month on my '12, only for nothing in the end. As I know now that the factory are done building 2012 this week. They start the 2013 on Friday (I think) So my Sales rep and I were talking today, and he put me on the list for one of the first 2013 F150 Ecoboost. With the Appearance Package, Max tow, 3.73 Rear, 6.5ft box, crew cab, Navi, Luxury package. But no moonroof, as much as I was pissed about whomever's fault on not making my truck right, I am now looking forward towards my 2013. New grille, different electronics inside, and the HID lights!! I am looking forward to those changes for that year. After we talked about the 13, and getting all the options completed, he will send out the build paper as soon as Ford accepts them for starting the build. And they will try to rush it in for me! My dealership already gave me stuff towards the '13 for the trouble on the 2012 truck I ordered. So, here goes another month of waiting for my new one, I will post pictures of the front end and other differences on that 2013. Pumped to be one of the single digit trucks being firstly built off the line! I can hang for another month.

I hope you get everything you want, but I think a month is VERY optimistic for a 2013 delivery.

Lenn, I'm not sure, but they told me that they will try their hardest to get it here ASAP. I know sometimes on the newer trucks, could take a bit longer but hopefully around a month.

I said HOPEFULLY around a month because they said they would try their hardest on getting it here for me. I could say more realistically around a month and a half or so. But since you say with alot of knowingness, When do you think it would arrive, Teddek? Just curious.

 

Production is scheduled for last week of August for 2013 F150.
