If the salesman balks at this, ask them why they do no not have any faith in the product they are selling, probably would never use it right?
I've never thought of that, that's brilliant

repost it again man.

i hate to say it... but i pulled a "free wings" incident on the rogers cell phone Facebook page.... i got blocked from it, can't post to it either...

but i had a team of 9 reps constantly mailing me about my lost service, even credited me the time i wasn't using my phone.

needless to say.... they keep asking me from time to time in my inbox if things are going ok now.

it pays to complain. just be respectful about it like i was.

RJV, you posted on a Facebook F-150 fan forum. The place you need to actually post the picture is here:

One thing to remember is that each state has a consumer protection agency...you might want to consider researching your local agency to see what they can do for you.

Thanks, I'm not much into facebook. I logged out a couple years ago and just logged in to post the pic.
I'll try it at the link you provided.

I'm quite sure my dealer would have covered that without any hassles.

Alright, I got it posted in the right place.
I just talked to the dealer and they are going to forward me a video which explains why you will crack the grille when you close the hood and why they won't cover it.
