I search every way I can think of for a past thread. The guys had bought tubes off eBay or from a parts store and made their own intake tubes.. Connecting the intake to the air box. Only making a cleaner look. Can anyone link me to that thread.

I tried, favorite mods, simple mods, easy mods. No luck for me. I may have missed it somewhere though

It's not the gotts mod, I've tried the intake tube and have had no luck. This guy bought tubbing with a couple of 90 degree pieces and silicone couplers. The air box stayed the same, leaving the mass air flow the same. All it does is get rid of the large plastic tube with the large canister silencers on it. Make it look like custom CAI intake tube. Someone out there has to remember this.
