I know mud flaps are totally practical and serve a purpose.... but they look like crap. Even the smaller, sleeker ones which aren't as protective anyway. Trucks look so muck better without.

Impressive! I'm glad I got 3m, my front end would be chipped to hell by now if I didn't. Gravel roads and salted highways are hard on our trucks.

They definitely help.

Force Recon - i want to find the wheels that are on jDMjoe's truck
You can't (find the wheels).

They've (along with their 20" x 8" counterparts) have been -OBSOLETE- since 2010. OCCASIONALLY I'll see re-conditioned offering (one only) on ebaY®, however, they are VERY PRICEY.

Got mine as a inventory sell-off in 2010.

after driving my new truck through half the winter in Canada here, I can't stand the dirt flying all over my truck, so I purchased some gatorback mud flaps, did alot research on every flaps in the market, IMO I think the gatorback flaps have the look and the strength for our trucks. I will be putting them on once my new flares are back from the paint shop.

My issue is I live in SoCal. So I don't have to worry about weather. I love snowboarding. But we have no snow last 2 years. Which is no good. But our major prob is debris on the road from construction or horrible street clean up.

Could always (if they are no drill) put them on during the winter, and remove them for the nicer weather. Just a thought.

I always put mudflaps on the vehicles I own, whether car, truck or van.
