Called the dealer at 10am today left message with service writer, no response by 12:30, called them again and left another message..... finally around 2pm they call me back, they cant get me in till Wednesday...

Sent my CSM a nice long email Sunday about all the new issues along with the recap of all the past issues here we are 11pm monday no response from Ford CSM as of yet....

Glad to see Ford really cares about all of my trucks issues from the dealer level all the way up to the CSM level level............................................. .................................................. ..................

I may as well just take my beating trading this POS in on something reliable and be done with it. Ford seems to have zero interest in making customers happy with their purchases as far as i can tell so far by my experience with this truck and Ford's polices...................

I had engine issues with my 2012 and returned it to the dealer. I bought a 2014 and have zero issues. The A/C is fantastic, no leaking third brake light or other issues. I drive a basic truck and don't need cooled seats or rain sensing wipers or a cappuccino maker. All manufacturers have issues as I'm sure we all know. Ford makes the best light duty/heavy duty trucks but maybe you'll have better luck rolling the dice with FIAT or Toyota.

There is nothing Ford customer service can say to make this better. Ford engineers just need to buck up and do what's right. How hard can a third brake light be to seal the first time out of the factory?

1.4 million bing results on "f150 third brake light leak" says something.
Hood scoops aren't a turbo diesel thing, so I'm going to have to poke fun at you. I poke fun at almost all non-functional hood scoops.

I don't understand why it's unethical to sell a lemon. Why is trading it in at a dealership any different than selling it privately? The dealership will give it a multi-point whatever, make sure everything works and nothing leaks, and then throw that biotch on the lot. Someone is still going to be dealing with it regardless.

But to say the truck is unsellable because it's had problems is absolutely ludicrous.

Let me know how things go on Wednesday, gsxr1216. Additionally, I'll touch base with your CSM and arrange for them to contact you; just PM me your current mileage and a verification of your best daytime contact number. I'll do the rest.

So CSM never got back to me until late 6/11/14, i sent them the message on 6/8/14.

Dealer was supposed to get me in on 6-11-14 after i called them on 6-9-14 and told them about the new issues. Then on 6-11-14 they told me they had no loaner car, and would not give me a rental car because Ford wont pay for it unless they have my truck for more than a day so i have to keep waiting....

Seriously with all the issues i have with this truck I'm getting the run around on loaner/rental vehicle to drive while my truck has now spent mid 20+ days in the service department so far at 20 months old??

So now we roll around to today 6-16-14 and they finally have a loaner vehicle for me. So here's my new ride for a few days....

Seats are comfortable, sunroof is nice, but man is this car small!

I'm glad to hear that you're in a loaner, gsxr1216; sounds like things are moving in the right direction. If you need any assistance getting in touch with someone, don't hesitate to PM me.

This.

I had a 2000 chevy that was always in the shop. Seemed like every time I trned around something was leaking, broke or making noise. Over the course of a year It was in the shop 15ish times.

I finally got tired of that thing and traded it in. It was sold before it ever hit the lot. The guy who bought it either got a perfect truck, as I fixed everything, or a headache. I'm guessing a headache.

Dealer called, so far they have determined the steering angle sensor is shot so that needs to be replaced to solve the advance trac and turn signal issues.

The entire rear window and slider assy needs to be replaced in order to solve the heated mirrors and rear defroster issue. They need approval from Ford in order to due this which I do not understand why since the truck is 20 months old and has 20k miles????

They are still refusing to reflash the trucks ECU to try to solve my horrible fuel mileage issues, I do not understand why they keep refusing to do this? the truck gets 14mpg, toss a small trailer behind it then it gets single digit mpg this is simply not normal and I cant see why trying to reflash it is being resisted so much?

so now they need to order parts and wait on Ford so who knows when I will get my truck back.....

rear end noise they think is in the brakes, I think its in the rear end just like last year. I inspected all the brakes when I put the summer tires on 2 months ago and it all looked good.
