Bulletin 22531 has nothing to do with sync. It's a suspension fix. Your post makes no sense.

In my 15 years of IT, nothing needs to make sense for Apple to pitch a fit. For all we know, the suspension is related to it

I did not try to verify it while on my phone, I'll have to see if I can find the correct number for it then. The text that went with sounded like a legit bulletin..found on one of the sync boards

My iphone 5 received a software update today and the issue I was having (calling.... And actually dialing the first contact in my list) seems to have been addressed.
