Well I just left cracker barrel and got in my truck and looked down at the cup holders behind the armrest and noticed dirt and paint flakes/pieces. The paint has came off and looks like **** now . Is there anyways I can take these piece off and get them painted gloss black(preferred) or flat black. Also if I just do the console trim pieces would it look stupid with the rest of the truck trim piece the silver color?
Does anyone have pics of painted all trim pieces?

Here is an example of painted trim pieces. middle console problem :(-image-3644365636.jpg Before middle console problem :(-image-2473281720.jpg After. You can also use a product from Duplicolor. Name: image-361143815.jpg

Size: 77.9 KB It comes a several colours including Black and Gloss black. Sand down with a fine grit and clean with rubbing alcohol and spray in light coats and both will hold up very well. I painted all my grey interior to black including the centre console and ever with the little one in the back seat kicking it it doesn't chip.

If this pic is of the 3rd seat in the front row and if it is secured the same as mine then there is only 4 bolts hold it down. 2 on the driver side and 2 on the passenger. It is a tiny bit tricky to get at but with a few minutes you can pull the whole thing out with ease.
Hope this helps.

I'm guessing one my old lady/ex kids spilled something and didn't tell me and I came put and seen the paint missing so I rubbed and more came off. Pissed me the funk off. I want black interior anyways but wanna do it professionally when I get the money which is not right now lol.

I have a fx4 so I got the huge console and the pictures are of the rear of it by the cupholders. I've heard people using krylon fusion for plastic interior pieces when I had my ranger I'll look into the duplicolor
