Yeah the leaf kit I was looking at was like 140-150, and I found blocks for like 40-50, the big difference cost wise for me is installation. I'm not a mechanic I work in a chemical plant making lube oil additives. I've seen blocks installed and seems simple enough to do it myself... the leafs "seem" like they'd be more difficult so I'd probably pay someone but IDK they maybe just as easy.

140-150 for both sides or per leaf? I heard the leafs just are better for ride and towing. But ill go across that bridge when I get to it. I'm gonna go with the RC front 2.5 spacers only for now. And when u get rid of your wheels, let me know. Lol

I'll let you know about the wheels in March. I''ll probably sell them with the tires for like $1,200 (I think that's more than fair considering just replacing your tires will cost you around $1,000)
Saw them on eBay a couple of weeks ago for around 15-1600 and the wheels were for sale on here for over 2,000 which I'm sure is better than the dealership but I couldn't pay that for stock wheels. Anyways I'm rambling, I'll let you know, lol

Btw the install cost me $290 at tire kingdom with the alignment. My brother did his himself and said it was a pain and then he still had to go and pay for an alignment (he has a Chevy 1500). Considering he does a lot more mechanic type work than I do I decided just to pay someone. Just to give you an idea.

Great looking truck, haven't seen many XTRs if any in person. I like having something you don't see everyone driving. I WAS the only black FX with appearance package in the area (that I've seen), but that only lasted 2 months... got to work last Monday and 2 co-workers bought the same truck. Kinda 1 was a 12' FX2 and the other was a FX4 like mine but a 13' lol... left me thinking "that didn't last long"

hahah yeah I know that feeling, I was getting so many compliements on mine next thing you know there every where.......and my Neighbour on the other side of the crescent, liked mine so much he went got one.
Soooooooooo that was it I started adding goodies to mine.....lol...since the work I actually get people stop me and tell me they like the truck, sitting in a coffee shop, guy walks in to tell me he likes the truck, Ive had some werid things happen but all Good!
The best is when your driving and you can read the person lips saying they love that truck, had hot Mom and her son in Bronco, both at the same time go wow nice truck hahaha hada giggle at that one....

the only thing I have left to do now is larger tires and smaller rims for my summer tires... and dual exhaust....and maybe a few more Rigid LED floods for the front...

well Im enjoying my truck sooo much, dosn't matter what others have.....lol

i have a 2" rough country and i am a little less than a half inch high in the front. go with the 1.5 if you're wanting to stay level without doing the back. installed myself( i hate paying someone for labor) with jacks and handtools, a good friend a few bud lights.

The leaf will likely be a bit harsher ride than the blocks, but more functional. The longer the leaf, the smoother the ride and the less it pops up the rear.
I did a RC 2.5" up front and the procomp leaf in the rear. The leaf kit all included with tax was 165 bucks I think- did both sides with new centering bolts.

Ok, riddle me this... The RC front and back kit will get me the right height I want. (A slight rake) but am I downgrading from my stock fx4 suspension?
