So nobody else feels regearing to something like 4.56 (iirc) would be beneficial? I really just feel the higher 3.73's are not meant to push bigger tires like this and almost does feel it bit more sluggish.

Start with tune. You're talking a 10minute/$400ish DIY upgrade versus a 2 day/$2000ish shop upgrade here. Get 87 perf/tow and whatever else of the highest octanes in your area. Avoid the economy tunes.

Gears would help get off the line quicker. And seeing as how you have the 5.4, that's probably what I'd do before a tune. I feel like the NA engines don't see as much of a gain as the FI engines.
