Default LED headlight problems, help!

Hello,
I just recieved my headlight revolution GTR lighting ultra 2 headlights. I installed them and they don't work. No idea where to start troubleshooting.

here they are for reference

try flipping the connector. Sometimes they are wired in reverse.

They are one way connectors. Unless I pull each wire out individually and place them back in. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do that though. I'll try later this evening.

Holy false alarm. Polarity is likely reversed. Try reversing it, as there’s no downside if it’s not (with headlights, anyway).

There are 3 wires for each light. Not sure how I'd swap the polarity.

DId you get a response from headlight rev? I was just looking at these same headlights. They looked like the clear winners in the LED category for brightness, color, durability and beam pattern. Rivals 55watt HID!

Resistors are to trick the system into thinking the LEDs are drawing more power than they do, to stop warnings that your bulbs are out. They should not impact whether the lights work at all. I'm assuming these are fairly plug-n-play, so maybe you just have a DOA.
