I plan on installing this weekend. Will post pictures.
I have been looking for a good youtube video that would walk me through installing to a 12 power source. Anyone got any links to some good ones? I have seen a few, but not really good ones.

Oh Boy-Oh Boy,
Finally after some heckling from my Helpful buddy Joseph, I got around to doing this mod! All I can say is Man these are gonna make early mornings on the Jobsite much easier finding my tools!!! I used 2-50 inch strips of White 5050 smd L.E.D's, and a Blue L.E.D. Switch! Night & Day, more like Day!!! Oh Yeah, soldiering SUKS!
Blue LED Switch (Mounted in Bed-Extender hole, Perfect Fit!)

I ordered a couple of the 39" Access strips (the middle image). More expensive than the other options people have used for sure, but I like that they have the integrated power switch and the whole shebang is weatherproofed and warrantied. I don't have a cover, so the peace of mind is worth some extra $$$ to me.
Planning on putting one strip on each side of my 5.5' bed, but since I only want one switch instead of two (each strip has its own switch), I'll set it up so only one switch operates both of them. Not sure if I'll go hot, but probably will as these lights use so little power compared to halogens so not too worried about them being left on. Thanks to OP for this great idea. I recall that pictures of the 2015 F-150 showed bed lights - looks like this kind of thing will be standard equipment for most trucks going forward.
