remove the cluster bezel with the piece of vinyl that attaches to the wheel column. then just pull towards you and it pops right out.

Are there only those two screws to remove?? I'm pulling on it, but nothing is budging

Finished product! I used a really high end pleather over $60 per yard and it turned out great. I have about 3 or 4 extra yards if anyone is interested in me doing theirs. Let me know!

And there is a sponge material under the leather so it is super soft and squishy. Much much better than the stock hard plastic. Let me know if any of you guys are interested! Turned out excellent
