Got my letter from Ford yesterday. Customer Satisfaction Program 19N01.
Increases molded leadframe warranty coverage to a total of 10 years or 150,000 miles from warranty start date, whichever occurs first.
If you have exceeded the above limits coverage will last through November 30, 1019
This is a one-time repair program.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN TO YOUR DEALER FOR THIS REPAIR UNLESS YOU HAVE A MIL AND/OR WRENCH LIGHT IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.
Further states: If you paid for this service before you got this letter, you may be eligible for a refund. See your dealer with your paid receipt to verify eligibility for refund.

Good luck.

Thats good. Again just to recap, IF you had the reflash done and still have issues, they will replace the lead frame correct?

I had my 2013 F150 in yesterday to have the recall corrected (reprogramming of the PCM), and told them to check the lead frame in the truck, as it was having the exact same problems as most have had. After a battle and a half, they told me that they would check, but I would have to pay for the diagnostics. I have fought with Ford for 2 years over this, and told the dealership I wasn't paying a dime, and fix my damned truck. They decided that they would run the diagnostics...and sure enough, lead frame issue. Well, I'm in Canada...and never received anything about the extended warranty...and it expires today, October 31, 2019. After a battle, they replaced it. I have to go pick the truck up, so fingers crossed it's fixed.

I wonder why you didn’t get anything. Some have said as a used owner you have to register your truck with ford.

I never did and I received a notice. I’m also in Canada.

im glad you stuck to your guns and made them fix it. Which dealer in Canada?

Well...have I a story for you! 2 days after having the recall done and the lead frame replaced, I called the dealership back and explained that the truck is now running worse than ever. They couldn't get me in again until today...and I ended up driving 40 KM from home to the dealership...in 1st or 3rd gear (whichever it had decided to stick in at that particular moment). They reran the diagnostics (keep in mind that the only codes showing prior to having the recall and lead frame done were for the lead frame) and come back and told me that there are codes showing that the transmission is toast, and that it will cost me 5 grand to have replaced. I called Ford Canada (whom I have been fighting with to fix this truck for the last 2 yrs and had them argue with me that there was no problem with my lead frame because of the year of the truck) for them to tell me that the truck is no longer under warranty. I asked if it was 2 yrs ago when I begged them to fix it, and they said yes...but that they ha e ZERO notes on file over the last 2 years to show that I had been fighting to have it fixed. I told Ford Canada that I have the case # to prove it and was basically told too bad, and pay to fix it. So, I own 3 Fords, and every last one of them will be sold, and I will NEVER buy another Ford again. Their customer service sucks, their products are garbage, and their buyers mean absolutely nothing to them.
I am currently waiting for my husband to get home and see about contacting a lawyer.

Old post but prob relevant to some people who are searching.....2014 with similar issues.

Ended up with a no crank/no start situation and gear indicator not illuminated on dash.

Replaced lead frame assembly and still at same point. No crank/no start. Sill about 2 weeks away from available appointment at only Ford dealer near me.
