Default LCD screen display

Bought a new 2013 FX4/screw and I'm not able to find a way to turn off the LCD screen. I found where to adjust the brightness. On my 2010 F250 I had a small button (DISP) that you just push when you wanted to turn off the screen.
Is there an easy why to do this on the new ride?

Thanks for any help.

I imagine you can't, but why is it such a big deal? Just curious...

I may be wrong but if you cycle through all the screens there is a blank one I think.

If the OP is like me, I like to shut my screen off at night. Even with the brightness turned down it still puts out a lot of light. I don't usually need it on anyway. My '12 has the "DISPLAY" button, just press until it shuts off.

In the Display Settings I have an "off" option. It stays off until you touch the screen again.

Op,

Are you talking about the nav display or the instrument cluster display?

I agree they are too bright. I've got mine on the lowest brightness setting at night

Thanks for the help guys.
It's not a big deal. I just like to shut down the light in the cab when sitting with the truck running.
