A new motor and trans does not increase the value much if at all, the rest of the car is still worn out, ball joints, tie rods, cv axles, seats, well you get the idea. But if you think it does then next time you need a good used car give me a call and I'll find you a great one for 10, 000!

the car is new from bumper to bumper. heck, even the mechanic was really skeptable on rebuilding the motor n tranny------------> until he seen the car... and was amazed when he looked under it.
the motor and tranny didn't burn up, just high km.
when was the last time you blew a tranny? and in what?
