Found a dock that works.

 

Proclipusa.com makes custom applications for nearly every vehicle. I think for the F150 there are at least 4 custom mounting solutions and some that will allow you to charge your iPhone from the USB port installed in the truck. I use the USB2 port under the dash hardwired to my Proclip iPhone mount. The lightning cable is hidden behind the dash and comes through a rubber grommet I installed next to the SYNC USB connection just above the shift console. That way that USB connection is still available for use.

 

I don't use the USB port because it charges real slow

 

I use my USB's more as an input device but its a bonus it charges as well.

 

Where did you get that? I could use something like that!

hey hey, i currently have the proclip in my truck mounted in that useless cubby holder for my old iphone 4. i have since upgraded to the iphone 6 and my uncle has the 6 plus both of ours are in heavy duty cases and bith fit the iphone 4 proclip
