does aybody have the infinity kappa model 682.9 in there truck if sooo, was it easy install, do they need an amp, and how do you like them?

Just installed my infinity kappa 682.9s, they sound amazing. got 4 speakers and 4 wire connects for 165 all together with shipping from amazon. Install was easy took me maybe an hour for all four four.

Infinity speakers typically sound good without an amp but throw the watts to them and they are awesome!

what are the "wire connects" that you refer to?
I am just about to purchase 2 pair of these speaker, and I have a small Alpine amp...
I just want to make sure I order all that I need.

He means the harness that connects to the stock ford speaker harness then connect to the new speaker. Use these so you don't have to cut stock wiring.

Anyone got a link to the 4 for $165 deal? That's a great price and I want to make sure I'm getting the exact right model. If there's a separate link to the connector harnesses, would you mind including that too?
