Default Inexpensive stubby antenna

After seeing bigred90gt post about his stubby antenna I decided to pick one up and try it. It came from Autozone which I normally do not visit but for 9 bucks I thought I'd give it a shot. It works perfect and I have NO loss of FM reception. Didn't care if I did though because I mostly listen to Sirius or Bluetooth but was very surprised to see my local radio stations come in just fine.

Thanks, I am like you I really don't care as I never listen to radio. 9 bucks is a great deal in my opinion. Heading to autozone tomorrow!

Dang, that is a good deal! For $9 i need to get one to try out and see if it picks up any better than my Craven Speed Stubby. I swear I can park under the damn tower and still not pick up the station. Its bad. My radio is basically useless. Does look good though!

I just cut my OEM antenna at the base. Sanded it smooth and painted it black. Boom.

Good to know the antenna actually works with good reception.

I was reading about them, and looked at several places online but didn't want to pay that much for one. I just happened to be in there looking for something else and saw it. Looks much better than the flagpole ford puts on.
