Default If You Could Do It All Over Again...

If you could do the purchase of your 09-11 truck over again, would you do anything differently? Would you have chosen a different trim level, cab style, color, a different vehicle altogether? Would you have gotten a different set of options? Etc

I see a bunch of other F150s on the road and on here obviously, so I sometimes present the question to myself. I think well I could have gotten this or maybe that instead. But I always come back to being perfectly happy with exactly what I chose. Although the F150 has so many options/choices that I could have gone so many different ways, I realize I chose what I did for a reason. But I'm curious if others feel they should have gotten something a little different.

The only thing I feel im "missing" is a moonroof. I see those and think "damn, sure wish i had one of those". Problem is i got a nicely discounted 2010 because the 11s were out, so even if I had a time machine, my options would still have been limited. Prolly could have found an XLT with the moonroof, but I have no regrets.

If having enough money has anything to do with being able to do it over again I would have bought a Harley or Lariat Limited.

maybe went for a platinum or a limited, other than that im pretty optioned up. Wouldnt mind that blue color, but wouldnt lose options to get it, not sure what trim level its available on. Id stick with the 5.4 or go 6.2, dont really want the ecoboost as I dont feel like gettin 5mpg when towing and dont really want a first year motor, lol.

Probably would've bought an older 3/4 ton...

I love my truck, but I often kick myself for blowing so much money on a new vehicle.

Money no object? Raptor, they were the reason I started looking at the Fords.

Real world, would have stuck close to what I have but should have popped for the SCREW VS SCAB. I thought I would be transporting family every once in awhile and we would use the Flex still but I love the truck soooo much better and it can get tight with 5 in a SCAB! lol

Oh and bigger motor but I came from a 4 cyl Jeep so my truck feels like a rocket still even after a year!
