I would have opted for the Nav. Not because of the Nav feature, but for the larger screen for the back up camera. At my age my eyes aren't what they used to be, and the little screen in the rear view isn't large enogh for me. I can see it, but not as clear as it would be on the nav screen.

I would of picked one that didn't need a new trans after just 19000 miles

Not sure, kind of wished I had bought a Super Duty. Should have at least waited for an '11. I just stopped today at a dealer just to look and spotted a Race Red FX4 for a grand less than my XLT, course it wasn't as well equipped.

On a positive note after 6 months and a whopping 3500 miles, its starting to shift better and my milage is all the up to 16 so I'm starting to like it

Crew cab would be nice, but for the deal I got, I don't think I would do anything different.

At 7k mi a year, you should have bought a superduty. Wait, sorry, that probably isn't constructive.

I would have opted for some more options; e.g, Nav system; and Sony Stereo set up; along with the Lariat trim level for the leather seating surfaces. Having said that, I do love my XLT and it runs increasingly better, every day I drive it.

Now that it appears there will be no major skin change until '15 or '16, I am looking at trading on a new Lariat with EB in the '12 model year; most likely it will be black.

I was thinking about the Raptor (it is a beautiful vehicle) but most likely the EB will not be an option next year and I do not want or need the 6.2.

Last, I sure as hell do not miss my previous Super Duty F-250 Screw with the 6.8!

I'm trying to decide on FX4 vs. Lariat. What don't you like about Lariat?

Prolly could have found an XLT with the moonroof, but I have no regrets.
You couldn't get a moonroof with an XLT in 2010. I tried and was told by Ford it was only FX4 and up.

If I knew then(11/09) what was coming out I would have waited for the 2011s.
