Default Ideas to mount radar detector.

Hey guys,

I have radar detector suction cupped to windshield but my exhaust is pretty throaty and makes it shake and vibrate a bit. Just wondering during o, other options or somewhere else I could mount and what to use?

I use a Passport 9500 mounted with a Blend Mount. No shakes, works awesome. Of course depends on the brand of detector.

It's hard to imagine an exhaust vibrating that much. I don't think I could stand that kind of noise.

This is my Escort S2 Solo with a single large suction cup that works great for me.

I might be exaggerating but it rattles... How does that work with yours. Where is cord? Mine is going I to cigarette lighter.

It's a passport 8500.

I have the hard wire kit with the remote mute / power on smart cord from Escort. All hidden behind the head liner to fuse box.
