The EB doesn't have the license plate there. The front plate on an EB goes on the bumper in place of the drivers side black bumper pad. That keeps the air intake open which is necessary for the EB's intercooler.

My plate cover covers the hole and I am pretty sure he doesnt have an EB as the is no badging (could have taken it off) and the there is no intercooler behind the hole.
