Default HIDs Ordered

After missing out on two deals around here for some used HIDs and having another somewhat shady experience with another member I decided to bite the bullet and just ordered a brand new OEM kit from Raptor Retrofits off eBay.

Cost me a little more but at least everything is new, OEM, unmolested, and I know it will work with my Auto-On headlights. I think they will compliment my Tuxedo Black FX4 well.

I will snap a photo once I have them installed. Unfortunately there will be a little delay in getting them here due to the holidays. Well, good things to those who wait.

Your gonna flip when you see the difference at night, literally night and day. Halogen = Candle, HID = the sun for comparison sake.

Noticed that vendor a while back....seems nice build and workmanship. Prob just a matter of time before I pull the trigger on a set for my 12 FX4.

Do you have a link anywhere? I've been digging through eBay for the last 45 minutes, and all I can find is kits or other such crap.

From what I've seen he usually lists one black and one chrome set. Once they sell he lists another one the next day or so. Keep in mind it is the weekend.

Here is the link to his eBay store:
http://stores.ebay.com/raptorretrofi...p2047675.l2563 just check periodically or buy them off his web site (link in post above).

I just like using eBay and PayPal. Double protection if something goes south, never had to use it though.

I sure hope that my investment is worth it. I just put Phillips Extreme Vision bulbs in my truck a week ago which made some difference. I will probably sell my stock lights with the new bulbs to recover some of the cost for the HIDs.
