Default HID question

I've got a 2011 stx reg cab and I'm wanting to install HIDs. Can anyone out there give me a good step by step on how they installed theirs. This is my first time doing it. Pics would be helpful too. Thanks!

Do you have the kit already? Are you using a relay?

I have the DDM kit. Its great. The install is pretty self explanatory. It only uses one light plug. Make sure you plug it in on the driver side. Then it has a wire harness that runs to the other side. Zip tie or bolt your ballasts wherever you want. Its well worth the $60.

Yeah I had to ask. I was on my iPhone when I did the search and I couldn't find anything on it. It's not the best thing to use to do a good search lol. How exactly do I get to the lights to replace them? It may sound like a dumb question but I'm really new to this

Look in your owners manual, it is a matter of 3 bolts and then pull the whole headlight straight out towards the front of the truck. Once they are out, you just twist and the bulb will come out then do the reverse to put them back.

If you used the Search feature you would have found tons of info on DIY HID/BiXenon Installs.
