Yea.. As much as this guy spent for the anzos and the hids he had in the truck he could have had a really nice set of retro.. Thats the route I would have taken.. But I'm fine with the anzos.. Just need more light.. So just to make sure if I'm ordering new lights for my anzos I need a bi xenon bulb and not the hi/low? I have the option for both with the h13 bulb. Thanks for the help guys

That's weird. I saw a Raptor exactly like this on the highway last night

On headlights like spyder and recons they usually have one projector which is usually plastic and not made for HIDs and the. A second spot for a high halogen bulb.

The first is a proper retrofit with glass projector designed for HIDs.

The second is Spyder headlights and you can see the separate high and lows.

I did a write up and with the Stock HID housings with aftermarket D2S Bulbs I believe 6K or 8K single beam lights up the road perfectly.

Here's what I found for specs in a quick google http://www.anzousa.com/headlights/pr...mber-ccfl.html

Looks like you need a H1 high beam and H7 low beam. These are just single bulbs you'll need kits like these http://www.ebay.com/itm/HID-XENON-LIGHT-SLIM-KIT-H1-H3-H4-H7-H8-H9-H11-9006-5000k-6000K-8000K-30000k-/271218969092?pt=US_Car_Lighting&hash=item3f25e90a04&vxp=mtr So that's 4 lights and 4 ballasts all together. (don't take my ebay recommendation go look on TRS for quality) Hopefully this will get you going.

Edit: My opinion on bulb warmth would be 5K. 6K is nice and all, but it'd be better it if was brighter and less cold. I hear 4.3k is too bright, but that's hearsay.

I'm running morimito 5five ballasts and bulbs and they are great!

I ran 6000k and 5000k in my PnP kit and preferred the 5000 so when I got my retro done I went with 5000 off the bat.

I really want to go with Osram CBI bulbs but that's $200 that can wait as mine retros with Evox-R projectors and 5five stuff is plenty impressive!

I run a ebay 4300k bixenon hid kit on my 13 in the oem raptor headlights. Looks good and light output is definantely better. They are bixenons so when I pull the highbeam they retract and go hibeam. Hi/lo is a hid bulb with a halogen on the side. Had those in my f350 before, highbeams sucked but never really used them. Dont just drop them in and not adjust your headlight though. If you adjust them you shouldnt blind anybody...
