looking at the ps, I never go through the pulley.
maybe from undeneath with 1/4" 10mm wobble socket.
the PS HP line doesnt seem to be in the way to get a tool on the bolt

Prybar would have popped the plastic wire mount off the timing cover stud.
but yes, a ratchet strap or bungy cord, zip ties, etc, pull all that **** away.
If in-fact this thing goes back together....

I've goy the passenger side timing chain locked in place with the wedge tool. Set it in place uses several youtube vids on the subject. Hoping that will suffice..

Rain this morning then unexpected family can by and washed out the afternoon. Tomorrow's the day.

crank may have moved pulling the pulley off....
Also doesnt look like you painted the timing chain & cam gear....
I was looking for a paint mark on the front of the chain....

Also if it has high mileage, chances are guides are toast anyway.
Theyre problematic.
Especially the passenger side.

Once I was swapping just a phaser / cam gear on the passger side.
Crammed the wedge in there, not realizing the guide was broken, that caused the chain to skip / move on the crank side.
Put it back together & it was out of time.

It happens!
Only once for me, we learn from do-overs...
