Green state?
Anyone have any insight on this who lives in PA?
I currently live in VA and am picking my truck up two weeks before I move to my new job in PA. It is a 2011 FX4 Ecoboost.
Am i going to have any issues? I was told that as long as they go to smog testing and pass then you are ok.
HELP!?

This is getting tot he point of being crazy.
It looks liek there is a form that I can use to be exempt from PA's green tactics. It is an MV-9 form that says because the truck was previously titled and registered in VA that it does not have to have the CARB sticker. It will still have to go and pass the emissions testing though, which for my area is just the gas cap and visual inspection.
WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BE SO COMPLICATED!!!!!!
Also, anyone buy a new car in there home state and then move to PA within 6 months? Reason I ask is because I was wondering if I have to pay the difference in sales tax from PA to VA to the PA DMV when i register my vehicle? Someone told me NO at the AAA in Erie Pa, but it seems everyone wants to give different answers.
I am told since VA and PA share tax reciprocity that I will not have to pay PA the 1% sales tax difference on my truck. Anyopne confirm these shenanigans??
