Default Getting dipped...

...in the morning.

I will be taking off all 4 wheels, attaching a crane to the truck and lowering it into a vat of plastidip - dipping it up to the tops of the bumpers.

... or something like that.

By mid afternoon we'll get a post about "F150 frame can't handle being lifted by crane".

hahaaha, nice post! I admit I am now guilty of dipping now. I resisted for a while but had to try it out.

Rumor has it that the new model f150 will come with a hood made of plati-dip to conserve weight.

Oh yea, also contemplating painting my chrome exhaust tips Black too. Eventually, I'll be dipping all my chrome black... course, the only chrome are the emblems.

My goal is: No chrome... all Blue Flame and Black.

that would look awesome. I have a plasti-dip gloss that i tried a few days ago. It is like a glossy clearcoat for the black dip. Check it out on their website.

My brother is looking for a truck and I am trying to convince him of going with that color blue. He's a dodger fan and I think it would tie in nicely.

It's like most things. When done in moderation it is fine but some folks get a bit carried away.
