Never pour water on your windows/locks. This only makes the problem worse. If its that cold the warm water will freeze in no time

This happens ALOT to me. Seriously I live in Alaska....Armor all on the door seals in the fall, one really good coat lasts all winter long, the door will never stick closed anymore. For the windows...typically it freezes at the bottom edge weather stripping, so i force a credit card in there and run it back and forth twice, window always works after that.
