One more question, is there an all in one solution for Forscan and tuning or would I have to buy an OBDLink and tuner?

For the life of me I can't find the option to enable remote start on my 2014. I guess it's different from 2013s. Anyone have any idea?

EDIT: Well I found gthrift's spreadsheet. Here's hoping I can get this working!

EDIT 2: Good grief that was easy. Thanks to gthrift again, you saved a lot of headache and heartache on my end! Here's a link to it, hopefully it'll keep searching the thread to a minimum for others: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

LOL.....

So, I take it that it's only capable of changing piddly stuff like DRL's and such, but not the HVAC stuff.

Thanks,

Tim

Your guess is good as anyone's, I show an HVAC module in my truck and if someone could figure out if any of those lines of code could extend compressor on time, we would all be driving meat lockers.

Literally,...

What kind of computer hardware is necessary for this? Or to cut right to it...Will a $100 Win tablet run Forscan and communicate both ways with a truck?

Windows 7 up with Bluetooth or wifi. You still need the dongle for the OBDII connector.

My OBDLink MX showed up today, got Forscan up and running and disabled my DRLs, yay! Now, I was trying to change my tire size, but it looks like it only has a few preprogrammed options, how do I manually enter my 305/55r20s in so my speedo is correct? Thank you!

So far I believe the only way to enter tire size is with a tuner.
